Lance loves to scour the beach with a metal detector. Accompanied by his three-legged dog, Tripod, he finally gets lucky and discovers an old bottle containing a message, just the thing for his speech at school. Unfortunately, his plans are thwarted by the appearance of Colin and Tran who decide to make Lance's discovery their own.
